TERMS OF SERVICE

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

No waiver by Staffout Recruitment Agency. of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by Staffout Recruitment Agency. to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

(15) ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notice to you.
